Does Mass Effect Andromeda Have a New Release Date?

A listing on Amazon may have outed a new release date for Bioware's upcoming sci-fi RPG Mass Effect: Andromeda, the fourth instalment of the series. 

According to the online retailer Mass Effect: Andromeda is set for release on 31st March 2017, 10 days after the initial rumoured date. This date surfaced when details from Dark Horse comics, the publishing house behind an Andromeda art book, hinted that they would release alongside the game on 21st March.

EA never commented on the story and still continue to insist on a 'Spring 2017' release date but haven't narrowed down the window.

Although this current Amazon release date may be placeholder for the Spring window, it is interesting to note that this would make Mass Effect: Andromeda a Friday release, similar to recent AAA releases this year such as Mafia III. 

It may be grasping at straws but all we want to see is a AAA game hit a release date for once. We're holding out for you EA!
