Dying Light Release Date Announced

Dying Light, the zombie survival game from Techland, will be hitting shelves at the end of January 2015, which is earlier than had been previously expected. 

The game launches in the US January 27, New Zealand and Australia January 28, and Europe and Asia January 30. The dates were revealed over Twitter.

As the name suggests, light plays a large (if somewhat symbolic) role in how players interact with the city of Harran. During the day, the survivors are at an advantage, and players can scavenge for supplies and craft weapons. However, as soon as night falls all bets are off and the players suddenly become the prey of hordes of zombies.
