Square Enix have announced that the well-received Final Fantasy XV has sold one million units in the month or so since release, on top of the 5 million sold on launch. This figure of 6 million units includes digital and physical copies, and we can assume it is worldwide sales, as they don't state any one territory.
The enhance everyone's game, Square Enix also reminded everyone that they have some free updates to the main game, as well as DLC coming, but gave no specific dates.
They did, however, say that everyone who played the Holiday Pack (the free or paid versions) will get access to a special i-game event from 24th January: Moogle Chocobo Carnival which brings an exciting festival to the whole city of Altissia.
Final Fantasy XV is available on Windows, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 now.
