Huge Changes Inbound for Black Desert Online
The world of Black Desert is changing. Since launch, the developers have been trying to create one seamless world for all players, and that is exactly what the latest update, dubbed "The New World", will be bringing to the table.
According to the developer, "The New World will usher in a new chapter in the world of Black Desert Online where all the players in the same region can play together." Among other things, they're expecting the change to make Siege Wars more intense and the in-game economy more buoyant.
The change will mean a few downsides however. For example, the character slots on the new world will be limited to 12. Meaning that people who have paid for more will be getting refunds. If they're filled all of those slots, they're going to have to choose which characters to keep. With a 90 day period to choose though, there should be plenty of time to work out which of your children you love the least.
To help players with the transition, developer Pearly Abyss have put together a comprehensive FAQ. It's a big change, so they're expecting lots of questions. Fortunately, they have already answered 24 of them, and they're accepting submissions for more. If you have burning questions to ask, why not head on over and check?
