Joystiq to Close?

Re/code are reporting that AOL have plans to close down Joystiq as part of house-cleaning due to under performing. It recently made news by dropping its scores from reviews.

Joystiq was started in 2004 as part of Endgadget before it was purchased by AOL.

If the rumour is true, it marks the second large videogames website to close in 2015, as ComputerAndVideoGames is closing next month after a slow shutdown.
