MangaGamer Revealed New Titles at Anime Expo

8th July 2019 - Fans of adult RPGs are in for a real treat as well as MangaGamer announced their acquisition of the one that started them all, Rance 01 -Quest for Hikari, from Alicesoft. A remake of the original Rance for modern fans of the series, this new version comes packed with an expanded story, updated graphics and audio, and an updated battle system too! The cards are all in the player’s hands as the warrior Rance ventures out to find hot chicks to bang and sets his sights on Hikari, a daughter of a noble family in the Kingdom of Leazas who has gone missing from her home. Brave forests, caves, and dungeons, fighting powerful foes and traps with weapons and combos at the ready. Will Rance succeed on his quest to save the girl, or will he fall to any of the terrible fates awaiting him at wrong turns? The better question, how many other women will he win a round with along the way?

MangaGamer also have announced they'll be bundling the release of Rance 01 - Quest for Hikari with Rance 02 - The Rebellious Maidens which starts with the town of Custom entombed underground and sealed by a barrier, the guild issues a quest to save the town, and Rance takes on the task. In this turn-based, top-down dungeon crawler, Rance is off to defeat the four rebel witches that have endangered the town. Yet all is not as it would appear. What caused these witches to rebel in the first place? What are the "cursed rings"? What dark truth is waiting to come to light when Rance's conquest is complete?

MangaGamer also revealed that a new game from Izumi Ban'ya, a writer on euphoria and No, Thank You!, titled Eternal Torment ~An Immortal Girl's Dance of Disgrace~. The story tells of when a lowly slave is cursed with immortality by an eternal king, only misery awaits her at the hands of her abusive masters. Forbidden even the sweet escape of death, where can she find the strength to escape her pursuers? With her life spanning across medieval France, the American frontier, and Meiji-era Japan, and the darkness of man ever at her heels, the girl struggles to find meaning in her endless existence. Fans of the epic mammary adventures of the Funbag Fantasy series will also be overjoyed to hear of MangaGamer's upcoming release of the latest chapter in Lute's grand adventure, Funbag Fantasy: Sideboob Story 2.
