Post-Apocalyptic RPG Kandria Out Now

Shirakumo Games has officially released Kandria on Steam. The 2D platformer features an open world to explore — but be wary of post-apocalyptic dangers — as well as many quests, challenges, and even quiet ways to decompress in this strange, harsh land.

You awake in Kandria as an android, and you can go anywhere you want since the world can be freely explored right from the start. You’ll have to watch out for wild animals, renegade robots, and even humans as you traverse through caves, ancient ruins, and more. Thankfully, you’re not alone. In settlements, inhabitants will request your assistance with their problems, which will take you on 50 different quests out into the mysterious world. However, the way you live your post-apocalyptic daily life is up to you, which means you can fish, trade, or keep to yourself if that’s your style.

Kandria features a wide variety of outfits to customise your character, and you can craft your own levels using the integrated editor. You can also share them with the community! The game and its original soundtrack are currently available on PC via Steam.
