The Lost Legends of Redwall: The Scout Anthology Receives New Launch Date in Trailer

The upcoming title developed by Soma Games and published by Forthright Entertainment, The Lost Legends of Redwall: The Scout Anthology, has officially been delayed. Announced on a brand-new trailer on The Lost Legends of Redwall YouTube channel, the new release date has been announced alongside a slew of gameplay elements.

In The Lost Legends of Redwall: The Scout Anthology, you'll follow a story with either Sophia or Liam, the newest recruits to the Liiligrove Scout Corps, as you embark on a journey to survive against ruthless searats that have attacked their home. Explore over 25 unique areas and solve puzzles in a narrative puzzle-driven adventure in the first official Redwall story since way back in 2011!

The newest trailer tells a lot about the adventures you'll embark on. Narrated by a character, you can see some of the puzzles you'll complete, some of the characters you'll meet, and even the vicious predators that will stand in your path. If you're excited to embark on this three-act adventure, then the bad news is that the new launch date is quite far away — in fact, it isn't coming this year at all. The Lost Legends of Redwall: The Scout Anthology has been pushed back from its original release date on the 12th of December all the way to the 30th of January 2024, seeing nearly a one-month-long delay. The press release doesn't give a particular reason for the delay of the title, though we look forward to its release, even if it's coming next year.
