Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands PvP Mode Revealed

Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands is getting a new PvP mode soon, dubbed 'Ghost War' with an open beta coming 21st - 25th September.

Ubisoft's open-world shooter will be getting an open beta test on all platforms ahead of the official release of Ghost War in the coming weeks. The mode will see two groups of players take part in an intense 4 vs 4, deathmatch experience that builds on the tactical squad gameplay from the main game and pushes it to new levels. Players will pick a class from across three categories - Assault, Marksman and Support and battle it out to see who is the better team.

The open beta will include six of the twelve classes along with a number of weapons, perks and customisation options. Likewise, five of the eight maps will be featured in the beta as well. Ghost War will also introduce a number of new mechanics such as suppressing fire, sound markers and more, to create a new tactical experience.

The beta for Ghost Wars will be available to both owners of Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands and those who do not as a standalone download. The full release will be available to owners of the game this autumn.
