Metro Exodus Gamescom Trailer Shows New Terrifying Gameplay
Deep Silver and 4A Games have released their gamescom trailer this week for the post-apocalyptic Metro Exodus.
Set in 2036, Metro Exodus will have you following Artyom around the Volga River, and much further. There's corpses on walls, evil bear-things, and some creepy dolls hanging in a forest.
For PC gamers, and those who want to drop up to £1,099 on the new GeForce RTX 2080 Ti, Metro Exodus is one of those that will support Nvidia's new real-time ray tracing technology, bringing much more highly detailed shadows and other environmental details.
Each platform will receive a unique pre-order bonus. Those on Xbox One will receive a copy of Metro 2033 Redux, whereas those on PS4 will get an exclusive dynamic theme based on the Exodus "Winter" artwork. Steam pre-orders will nab you a digital art book and the Metro Exodus original soundtrack. Thankfully, no in-game content will be offered as a pre-order bonus.
Metro Exodus releases on the 22nd February, 2019 on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Turn your lights out and watch the trailer above.
