Ah, another long Bank Holiday weekend has come and gone. We hope you enjoyed the extra gaming time, we certainly did. With Tuesday feeling like a Monday and Monday feeling like a Sunday then it's almost certain that a few of you have lost track of what day it is, let alone what happened in the last week in gaming. Fear not intrepid GameGrin fans, as our brave warriors (news and review teams) have been seeking out the best of the last seven days just for you.

Reviews and Previews

Thomas played and reviewed Risk Of Rain, a game that started life as a student project but has since taken on a life of its own.

James had a look at the Final Fantasy XV: Platinum Demo in our preview of Square Enix's upcoming massive RPG release.

John Romero and Adrian Carmack launched a Kickstarter campaign for a potential new FPS and promptly cancelled it a few days later after experiencing backlash for not having a demo to show.

Life Goes On is getting a new update entitled "Done to Death". This will be free for players on PC, and included in the new PS4 port.

Rovio gave us a new trailer for the latest game in the Angry Birds franchise. Angry Birds Action is being released to co-incide with the movie out shortly.

A new Kickstarter Campaign from Rocket Lolly was launched with the intention of brining the Rocky Horror Show to mobile devices in this rhythm action game based on the stage show.

KISS are the latest subject of GameBundle's bundles of games.

As Miitomo hit 10 million users, Nintendo announced mobile games will be coming based on the Animal Crossing and Fire Emblem franchises.

Trove is getting a new expansion. Mantle of Power is available from the 26th of April, but players can pre-purchase a bundle now to get a head start on others.

There was egg chasing aplenty as the third simulator in the Rugby Challenge series was released.
