gamescom 2022: Gotham Knights

gamescom 2022 featured an extended trailer for WB Games’ Gotham Knights, the pseudo-successor to the Batman Arkham titles. The trailer appeared to be mostly cinematic sections edited together but it did show a good few of the villains included in the game - the only downside being its the same recognisable ones that already appeared throughout the Arkham series. I was hoping for a few new faces; Batman’s rogues gallery is rather extensive.

Regardless, the game still looks decent and the team-up of Red Hood, Nightwing, Batgirl, and Robin is an intriguing combination of characters and one I hope pays off when we get to control them ourselves. Gotham Knights releases on PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5 in October.
