Assassin’s Creed Origins Announcement

Things are looking up for Xbox One X with the launch of Assassin’s Creed Origins, with the trailer dropped in the Microsoft conference. You reprise the role of Bayek the last Magi returning to the Egypt, the birthplace of the Assassins. Corrupted by the new pharaoh, the game will take you across new lands with new powers and abilities to reclaim your homeland.

Launching on the 27th October 2017, the trailer dropped looks to feature arena combat, horse riding, bow bullet time, sailing, water combat and giant snakes (because there are always snakes). As part of the sizzle reel, it looks like randomised loot with unique modifiers seems to be part of the new experience.
