New Fire Emblem Game Announced for Switch at E3

A new Fire Emblem game was announced for the Switch during Nintendo's E3 Press Conference.

Titled, Fire Emblem Three Houses, the game is a turn-based tactical RPG similar to previous entries in the series, but with new tactical additions to gameplay. For instance, individual units on the battlefield can be supported by formations of troops.

More so, the trailer showed off a character exploring castle grounds, hinting at some sort of hub world available where players can upgrade items and engage in conversations.

Story wise, Nintendo announced that the game takes place on Fódlan, where the Church of Seiros exercises great power over the land and its people.

Unfortunately fans will have to wait a while, with Fire Emblem Three Houses set to launch Spring 2019 on Nintendo Switch.
