E3 2021: Rocksmith+ Trailer and Interview

From Ubisoft, the Rocksmith guitar learning software/game is getting a major upgrade with Rocksmith+Rocksmith+ is a new subscription service that works in much the same way as Rocksmith did, teaching players how to play acoustic and electric guitar and bass at any skill level. Only now, you can use your phone as a microphone, meaning that extra equipment is no longer necessary (aside from actually buying a guitar, of course). Rocksmith+ comes with a truly large library of music in a variety of genres, with the promise of steady weekly song and song arrangement updates. Additionally, users will also be able to use the Rocksmith Workshop to create and share their own arrangements of songs in the program's existing library. Plus, Rocksmith+ provides the return of Riff Repeats and Adaptive Difficulty to further help your music education thrive, alongside robust recommendation systems to further advance that education. For more advanced players, Rocksmith+ also includes a Tabulature view feature for the sake of providing a more familiar experience and practice with Tabs.

Rocksmith+ will launch on Windows this Summer and on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series this Fall. But if you just can't wait, Ubisoft is also offering applicants to participate in Rocksmith+'s closed beta right now.
