MIX Summer Game Showcase: Big Hops

Big Hops is a comedic 3D platforming adventure brought to us by Luckshot Games, who is developing and publishing the game. Play as a Hop, a charismatic frog who tongue-swings, climbs, and explores a colourful world — from a desert to the mountains — in hopes of finding his way home. A trickster spirit called Diss kidnapped him and took him far away because he has a mysterious and important mission for him.

Throughout the journey, players will be able to upgrade the backpack, collect bugs, and meet a cast of various NPCs. The different worlds found in the game offer a self-contained story, each with theirown characters to meet and areas to explore.

The game offers a wide variety of platforming options: roll,dive, crouch jump, wall run, free climb, swim, belly slide, pole swing, grind rails... well, you get the point! There are many ways to traverse through the areas and get anywhere you want to go.

In addition to Hop's ability to jump, he's got a versatile tongue, which is his way of interacting with the world! Pull items, hookshot up walls, and even swing across gaps with it. There are few things it won't come in handy with!

• Upgrade your backpack to get more slots (and store more Veggies!).
• Usefulcollectibles that you can find all across the world, such as real-life bugs you can learn about and fill Bugsy's Conservatory with.
• Trinkets that you can customise your backpack with (like badges).
