Wholesome Direct 2025: Hotel Galactic

Hotel Galactic is an upcoming hand-drawn cosy hotel management title with stunning Studio Ghibli–like cutscenes and graphics; the game is being developed and published by Ancient Forge. In it, players will get to build and decorate their dream tourist getaway as they help Gustav in his journey to achieve redemption.

The game offers freedom of customisation, allowing players to control every aspect of their soon-to-be thriving hotel, from the layout to the interior design. The story carries on through generations, as workers will carry the skills and traits of their predecessors, helping the getaway become a well-oiled machine.

Players will need to manage many aspects of the hotel, such as resources and prioritising tasks. These duties extend past just the layout: they'll need to bond with fantastical creatures and care for the alien ingredients that grow on the floating island!
