When you think about it, the core concept of Prince of Persia is perfect for a roguelike: fighting through deathtrap-filled dungeons, taking on multiple foes, and leaping over perilous expanses, only to rewind it all back when a misstep is inevitably made. Evil Empire tends to agree, as their current project, The Rogue Prince of Persia, is closing in on its departure from Early Access into a full release.
