Women-Led Games Showcase: Wander Stars

In this upcoming anime turn-based RPG developed by Paper Castle Games and published by Fellow Traveller, players can mix and match words to combine them into attacks.

Become a Kiai master in Wander Stars, as you collect the 200 words, earn Pep Ups from honourable victories, and uncover dark mysteries while juggling a social life in hopes of befriending your rivals.

Here's what you can expect from Wander Stars:

• Inspired by animes like Dragon Ball Z, Cowboy Bebop, Sailor Moon, and One Piece, among others.
• A turn-based RPG where combining words will create attacks, creating a word-building gameplay.
• Animated characters in a style reminiscent of Dragon Ball Z.
• 10 episodes, each around 60-90 minutes in length.
• Create custom attacks to fill up the spirit level — the higher the level, the more powerful and complex abilities can be crafted.
• Procedurally generated battles, special events, and secrets.
• Modifier and Elemental words can be used to add an extra oomph, such as status effects.
• Over 200 words to collect.
• Defeat rivals and enemies with honour to turn them into friends through words of encouragement.
• Explore the world to find Ringo's lost brother.
