During the Latin American Games Showcase 2026, we got a look at Mecha Studios’ upcoming title, Murky. This bizarre adventure has players taking on the role of a pumpkin who can shift between parallel worlds, manipulate time, and cast spells to solve the puzzles in the world.

The surreal title has players exploring the world while using their abilities to traverse, trapped in an ever-repeating three-day cycle. Using the various powers, players will have to unlock new possibilities to unravel the mystery and escape the loop.

The trailer gives us a look at the three-day loop and the various puzzles that players will have to solve. From using various spells to completing mini-games, it gives us a great chance to understand what awaits us in the overall experience of Murky!

Every element of Murky is hand-drawn, creating a distinctive style that’s becoming all too rare in a post-AI world.
