Southeast Asian Games Showcase: Verde

Gardening is a popular theme amongst cosy game aficionados, and that fact hasn’t gone unnoticed by Antimeta Studio. Its upcoming title Verde, shown at the Southeast Asian Games Showcase today, is a city-builder that sees you taking care of seedlets, seed-like creatures that need your help to thrive.

With small, grid-like environments, it’s quite a contained builder. Perhaps closer to games like Terra Nil, rather than the more sprawling Sim City or Cities Skylines. It’s coming in August, but the now common demo is available on Steam as we speak. Check the trailer above for more info.
