Southeast Asian Games Showcase: NOL

Team NOL is hard at work on its debut title, which gives the company its name. It’s a first-person horror title with the feel of classic black-and-white manga novels. And just like those novels, some pretty deep themes are explored.

Set in the protagonist’s dreams, NOL sees you revisiting their thoughts and memories as they experience the bereavement of their friends after they were killed in horrifically violent murders. A new trailer dropped for it at the Southeast Asian Games Showcase, and don’t let the charming acoustic indie music fool you; this is very much not a cosy game. The game is being self-published by lead creator Sanditio Bayu, and it’s set to be available on Steam.
